Shipping Policy

At pureflow, we want your water filter in your hands as quickly as possible.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier and offer two delivery options at checkout:

Standard delivery: 5-12 business days.
Express delivery: 3-5 business days.

Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on all orders over R500. Orders under R500, and all express delivery orders, incur a courier fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@pureflowtech.co.za and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
