We want you to be completely happy with your pureflow filter. If you're not, we've made returns simple.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your pureflow purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

Email info@pureflowtech.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If the product is faulty or not as described, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different item instead of a refund? Let us know at info@pureflowtech.co.za and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
